Job description:

- Received and assess the various needs and purposes of visitors and direct them to the proper personnel in order to address their concerns.

- Assist in the use of common areas, elevators, parking arrangements, conference room, social hall and other building space for meetings and events.

-Act as an ambassador in promoting the company's image and branding as a service provider to all clients, callers and visitors.

-Handle PMO inquirie, complaints and direct them to the proper personnel in order to address needs and concerns.

Qualitifications:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College degree, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management/ Humanities/ Liberal Arts/ Business Studies/ Adminitstration or equivalent.

-At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Above average communication skills and excellent customer service.

-Task and goal oriented.
