HIRING: TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - PIONEER ACCOUNT FOR PARANAQUE CITY SITE (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the clients office.

SALARY OFFER/RANGE: Php 18,000 - 20,000 PACKAGE

WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT

NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO

Qualifications:

? Ability to troubleshoot while utilizing various computer programs to resolve customer issues

? Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

? Tech Savvy with a strong understanding of communication networking components such as Video, Data and Voice services.

? Willing to work a scheduled full time and/or part time shift that may include day, evening, night, weekend, split shift and holiday to facilitate 24 x 7 coverage. Overtime may be required.
