Quantrics (Quantrics Enterprises Inc.) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Canada’s leading telecommunications company, providing captive call center and shared service support for our parent and the rest of its subsidiary companies. As a “People Powered” organization, our mission is to provide best-in-world service as we leverage our best-in-world talent. We are defined by the passion of our team members and their belief in our company’s vast potential. Incorporated in Canada in January 2016, Quantrics opened our doors in the Philippines in August 2016. With our rapid growth, we quickly exceeded capacity at our initial location in Taytay, Rizal which led to the opening of our second site in Naga, Camarines Sur in January 2018, followed by our third site in San Mateo, Rizal in February 2019.
